Part-Time Leasing Consultant —
Alexandria (Old Towne), VA
Property Management (Apartments)
Part-time (PT)
Saturdays 9:00 to 5:00 pm / 1 day during mid-week 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
No nights
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking one (or two) people to help us lease apartments on Saturdays and one additional day each week. More hours may be available when other team members are off.
- Meet and greet customers
- Main point of contact when customers call, visit online or in person
- Explain pricing and models
- Show community and apartments
- Close sales (take rental applications)
- Follow up on customer leads
- Maintain contact with current residents
- Process paperwork
- Filing and other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance
- High-energy, warm, engaging, inviting personality
- Easily connect with a variety of people
- Must be comfortable using computers
Computer Skills: Needs to be comfortable
working with computers
Word Processing: Yes

Car Required: No. Driver's license
and own car are not required, however, if they are available, the candidate
would be able to participate in marketing outreach
